🎯 Eligibility
& Qualifications Candidates applying for this Research Fellow position must meet the following criteria:Education: A PhD in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related academic discipline.Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in carbohydrate chemistry, sugar modification, and the synthesis of glycosides or glycomimetics.Reaction Development: Proven track record in designing and optimizing radical coupling reactions (experience with photochemical or electrochemical approaches is highly advantageous).Synthesis Skills: Excellent organic synthesis skills, including deep knowledge of protecting-group strategies and controlling chemical selectivity
