/Qualification:Education: Must hold a Master’s degree or an equivalent postgraduate degree that formally entitles the applicant to start a doctorate at the time of application. Applicants who already hold a PhD are not eligible.Language: A minimum level of C1 (Advanced) in English is mandatory. No minimum level of French is required.Mobility Rule: Open to citizens of all nationalities.
